You retain all rights to your pre-existing intellectual property and materials provided to us. Unless otherwise specified, all work product, code, and documentation created by us in the course of providing services will be owned by you upon full payment.
Note: We retain rights to our proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes developed as part of our core business operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QABRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
